Home Workouts - No Excuse Now!

Homes workouts are ideal for people who just don't want to deal with a gym. Creating a home workout regimen is simple to do. Plus you can never use the excuses that you can't make it to the gym.


Do you have a small section of your house to dedicate to your home workout? Great! If not we can work around that.


First you need a goal. Next you need a plan. Is your goal just to create a home workout that will just get you doing something or are you looking for a way to finally get your 6-pack abs to show up? Both are great and you will feel better after you get going.


If you are too busy to workout, you should consider a program that shorter or more intense. Find a home workout that is tested and proven. Try not to make up your own workout bases on what the fat guy at the bar said. Actually use his ideas as a "what not to do" plan.


Get a program that is modern. Research is always being done and better home workouts are always being designed. You can now do 45-minute programs 3 times a week and get great results.


A good well-rounded program will have you working on burning fat and building muscle at the same time. For most people abs and arms the biggest concern. Crunches and sit-ups can be made to be more effective if you have a better program. Same with weight training.


Start yourself out on a very easy program. Set a goal. A goal easy to reach likes 10 setups and 5 push-ups. That's what I started at. Then I increased by a few sit-ups each week as well a few more push-ups. I only did it 3-5 times a week and after a few weeks I started seeing results. After I got myself into the routine I just started checking out home workouts because I took a tour of a gym before and it just wasn't me. My brother loves gyms, but I enjoy exercising in the privacy of my home. I don't have worry about anything or anyone, just my workout.
